Products & Services

We work with a broad spectrum of customers who come from a variety of industries. We manufacture everything from large power distribution elements to small precision-made components. The products we manufacture cover a variety of applications ranging from industrial tools to precision optical devices for the US Military. The majority of the products we manufacture are tight tolerance turned components. We also provide extensive milling capabilities with several experienced mill engineers on staff.

Customer Service

At Camco, we assign all of our customers an in-house coordinator who is responsible for providing the customer with high quality service throughout the manufacturing process. Customer Coordinators not only handle quoting and sales, but they monitor the parts throughout production keeping customers up-to-date on the status of their orders. Each Customer Coordinator is provided with a Smart phone allowing them to be reached by phone or email whenever needed.

Quality

We strive to provide our customers with consistent, high quality products. We ensure consistent quality with our ISO 9001:2008 compliant system in place. Our facility includes a fully-equipped inspection department used for guaranteeing the quality of our parts. We also have two fully automated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) for parts requiring thorough inspections.

Delivery

Our customers will attest to our record of on-time deliveries. With our outstanding shipping department, we provide customers with prompt delivery. To ensure our customers get their parts on-time, we maintain a 98% on time delivery.

History

1999, Camco Manufacturing Inc. was founded in the Southern Tier of New York as a small scale job shop.

2003, Camco changed leadership and direction, and began looking for new ways to grow and succeed in today's dynamic manufacturing environment.

2008, Camco pursued and successfully acquired ISO certification.

2009, With an updated facility and 35,000 square feet of space, Camco continued expanding to meet the new demands of the market.

2011, Camco moved into its current facility in Athens, PA. Currently at 80,000+ square feet, Camco is still striving forward.

 

Camco continues to develop and nurture new relationships and secured a variety of new contracts to establish itself as a national supplier of precision machined components. The past several years have marked a rapid ascent towards meeting our long-term mission of transforming our organization into a world-class manufacturing facility.
